It seems some one did not tell UPF PNTL that this is the year of Goodbye Conflict. Hello Developments. These photos taken my a viewer of this blog at 1500 12 August 2009. It shows 30-45 PNTL training with HK33 rifles in central Dili near Motael Church. Some people continue to like their guns in central Dili.
For a unit charged with border security they seem a long way from home. They were being "trained" by some other officers from the police academy.
