On 10 March 2009 Timor-Leste took a great leap forward it now has sports cars. In a country where most people live on a dollar a day these are just what is needed.

Responsibile for issuing all manner of licenses, import waivers, fees etc etc. As a level 6 civil servant he earned approximately $4,000-$5,000 per year before the recently proposed salary increases for all public servants.
