An Indonesian company wins the contract to develop National Identity Cards (NIC) for the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. Interestingly, this company is owned by a man who the Minister of Justice allegedly communicates project information to via SMS....
And the National Identity Card project is a Ministry of Justice project....
